All services (Design, Development, Marketing) are governed by a separate Scope of Work (SOW) document or a retainer agreement, which supersedes any general terms mentioned on this website.
Upon final payment for any custom development or design work, Lost.services transfers full ownership rights of the final deliverables to the Client. Source files and assets provided by the Client remain the Client's property.
We guarantee diligent effort and application of best practices for SEO, SMM, and Ads. However, due to external factors (Google algorithm changes, competitor actions), **we cannot guarantee specific rankings or ROI figures**.
For ongoing services (Web Dev retainer, Marketing), the Client must grant necessary administrative access to the website, hosting, and ad accounts. Failure to provide timely access may result in service delays.
Lost.services is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or penalties incurred due to third-party tools, changes in platform policies (e.g., Google, Meta), or failures in Client-provided infrastructure.
